this spring, under the new moon, we gather in the Sintra mountains, surrounded by forest and ocean, for three days to slow down and restore. Immersed in nature, in circle, and within a deeply nourishing environment and program.
resting, cleansing and recharging, while learning about the medicine of flowers across three layers of the self — the subtle, physical and emotional body. Connecting with flowers, embodying their essence and beauty.

The invitation
The humans behind
For over 20 years, Eva has walked alongside healers, wisdom keepers, and ancestral traditions from across the world. She is a mother, doula, artist, and extraordinary space holder — and the woman who built Madreselva into what it is today: a living altar for healing, native knowledge, and the recovery of relationship with the Earth.
As temazcalera, she holds the Women's Temazcal with the depth and care of someone who has tended that fire for decades.
At Restore with Flowers, Eva nourishes through food and guides us through the temazcal — the ceremony of warmth, release, and rebirth.
Emily works at the meeting point of nutrition, energy healing, and alchemical herbalism. A registered dietitian trained in clinical and behavioral nutrition, she is also an energy healer, flower medicine practitioner, Kundalini Yoga teacher, and cacao ceremonialist rooted in Mayan cosmovision and traditions.
Her work weaves science and ancestral knowledge — where the intelligence of the cosmos, the heart and nature can work together towards health, harmony and love.
At Restore with Flowers, Emily will be guiding and caring for the practices, workshops and the cacao ceremony.

For those who feel the need for a deeper cleansing, a kambo session can be added to the program, facilitated by Jon — Eva's partner and co-founder of Madreselva, a very experienced healer, devoted to kambo medicine for over 20 years.
