My mission

to restore the natural
connection between
humans and Earth

Supporting people to feel more alive, connected, and in love with (being) nature.

I see nourishment as a living system: one that extends beyond the plate into the emotional, energetic, and ecological dimensions of being human.

Through ANT for humans, I support people toward deeper nourishment, body literacy, and nature-aligned living. Through FLORA for humans, I connect humans to nature's intelligence and healing through cacao, flowers, and mineral-rich salts.

My approach weaves modern research with ancient practices — from clinical nutrition and nature wisdom to energy healing and Kundalini Yoga — creating integrative pathways for healing and self-regulation.

Grounding and embodying — a path woven across continents, disciplines, and traditions.

EMILY SIERRA MELO is a registered dietitian, energy healer, and founder of ANT for humans and FLORA for humans. Her path bridges clinical nutrition, ancestral wisdom, and ritual, forming an ecosystemic approach to nourishment, love, care, and vitality.

Trained in Brazil, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from UFPR and a Postgraduate degree in Clinical and Behavioral Nutrition from USP. Her professional background expands through certifications in Plant-Based Cuisine, Cuisine Santé, and Tea Sommelier studies. She is also trained in Flower Medicine, Energy Healing Therapy, and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.

Her ceremonial and spiritual studies include training in Cacao Facilitation in Guatemala and ongoing studies in Alchemical Herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Qi Gong. Emily's multidisciplinary experience includes collaborations with chefs and pioneers such as Neka Menna Barreto, supporting retreats, banquets, and ceremonial gatherings that merge food, energy, and community.

She continues to deepen her work through frequent travels, connecting with local producers and participating in international summits, weaving together modern science, ancestral knowledge, and embodied experience. Her work is guided by a devotion to restoring balance between humans and nature — through nourishment, ritual, and the remembrance of our innate intelligence.
